On Friday, November 6, 2026, join us for a refined culinary experience evening at Fairmont Le Château Montebello as we celebrate another edition of Autumn Harvest.

In a warm and elegant setting, our signature restaurants, Aux Chantignoles and Nymark, will come together to offer a gourmet experience inspired by local ingredients. Each culinary station will showcase the richness of Canadian terroir through thoughtfully crafted dishes by our talented chefs.
